PCIer - Pavement Condition Index (PCI) Estimation

PCIer demo page, which contains the demo video of a street section in Good condition, as well as the training and testing datasets. 

The developed method can: 

(1) track streets/highways to capture images, and 

(2) visualize the PCI estimation results.
